Service Description
Depending on your level, you will work on beginner, intermediate or advanced handstand drills. In this class specifically, you'll work on a bit of everything but the focus will very much be on achieving or improving your Press to Handstand: straddle press, pike press, stalder press. In handstand classes you'll work on: ⭐️ Core & Leg Conditioning ⭐️ Alignment ⭐️ Finding Your Balance ⭐️ Balancing ⭐️ Balancing LONGER ⭐️ Endurance ⭐️ Press Work Classes are for mixed levels and you will be working individually at your level. For the most progress/growth choose 2-3 handstand classes/week…but all 5 - even better!! 🙌🏼 Let's balance! 🤸🏻♀️

Cancellation Policy
Bend Balance Train has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel a group class or reschedule a private session, go to My Bookings page to manage your classes. Drop-in payments & one-time private training sessions will not be automatically credited to your account if canceled - make sure to reschedule to a time slot that is within 1 month of original booking.
