Service Description

Depending on your level, you will work on beginner, intermediate or advanced handstand drills. In this class specifically, you'll work on a bit of everything but the focus will very much be on achieving or improving your Press to Handstand: straddle press, pike press, stalder press. In handstand classes you'll work on: ⭐️ Core & Leg Conditioning ⭐️ Alignment ⭐️ Finding Your Balance ⭐️ Balancing ⭐️ Balancing LONGER ⭐️ Endurance ⭐️ Press Work Classes are for mixed levels and you will be working individually at your level. For the most progress/growth choose 2-3 handstand classes/week…but all 5 - even better!! 🙌🏼 Let's balance! 🤸🏻‍♀️

Cancellation Policy

Bend Balance Train has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel a group class or reschedule a private session, go to My Bookings page to manage your classes. Drop-in payments & one-time private training sessions will not be automatically credited to your account if canceled - make sure to reschedule to a time slot that is within 1 month of original booking. Alternative Payment Option: You’re welcome to pay via eTransfer (Canada) or Wise (international) instead. This is our preferred payment method as it helps us save significantly on processing fees. If you’d like to choose this payment method, simply message us @BendBalanceTrain on Instagram or email us at TrainWithVkouzz@gmail.com . We’ll send you the payment details right away.
