Service Description
This class is all about safely deepening your middle split flexibility. We’ll assess your range, strengthen weak points, and open the hips and inner thighs using Alixa Flexibility progressions. The result? Greater ease, stability, and confidence in your middle splits—without pushing through pain or strain. Victoria's coaching approach with contortion/flexibility is the slow way is the fast way. Back to basics is always a good thing. You can’t progress as far by skipping basics. You only get one body, so why rush into those advanced moves and get hurt? When you start training with Victoria, it may feel slow and repetitive, but in a few months/years when you’ve understood the basics and are ready to move on to more advanced training, your body will feel better about it! If you want to achieve contortion skills safely, you need to trust in the process and build good habits before advanced training.
Cancellation Policy
Bend Balance Train has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel a group class or reschedule a private session, go to My Bookings page to manage your classes. Drop-in payments & one-time private training sessions will not be automatically credited to your account if canceled - make sure to reschedule to a time slot that is within 1 month of original booking. Alternative Payment Option: You’re welcome to pay via eTransfer (Canada) or Wise (international) instead. This is our preferred payment method as it helps us save significantly on processing fees. If you’d like to choose this payment method, simply message us @BendBalanceTrain on Instagram or email us at TrainWithVkouzz@gmail.com . We’ll send you the payment details right away.
