Whether you're ready to bend or building the strength to support it, you'll train smart progressions with fun, skill-focused variations to match your level. 💥🙌 What to expect in Contortion Classes: ✨ Full-body strength & conditioning ✨ Hip and leg flexibility using Alixa Flexibility techniques ✨ Upper back & shoulder mobility with Alixa Flexibility exercises ✨ Foundational shapes like cobras, bridges & scorpions ✨ Advanced skills like chest stands, contortion balances, press-ups & push-ups ✨ Creative combos & variations to challenge and inspire Classes are mixed level and tailored to your individual abilities. 🔁 For the best results, aim to attend 2–3 contortion classes and 2–3 handstand classes each week. 🙌🏼 Let's get bendy! 🥨 Victoria’s coaching approach to contortion and flexibility is simple: the slow way is the fast way. Instead of rushing into advanced shapes, you’ll focus on mastering the foundations—because that’s what sets you up for lasting progress. Skipping the basics often leads to injury or plateaus. But when you take the time to build strength, awareness, and technique from the ground up, your body becomes more resilient and ready for the next level. Progress may feel slow at first, but stick with it—and months or even years from now, you’ll be stronger, more flexible, and safer in your practice than if you had pushed too hard, too soon.
